We're looking for skilled, reliable technicians to perform water damage restoration work in our Tullahoma, TN service area.
What You'll Do:
- Execute restoration work following Restoration 1 standards and quality processes
- Communicate clearly with project leaders and team members
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Attend ongoing training and pursue IICRC certifications
What We're Looking For:
✓ IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification (or willingness to obtain)
✓ Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
✓ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
✓ Strong attention to detail and customer focus
✓ Team player with a positive attitude
✓ Willingness to learn and improve
